Operation and Use
In order to better protect operators, operators should wear correct EOD or biochemical suits when performing high-risk tasks (EOD, biochemical).The rotation and opening and closing of the EOD Telescopic Manipulator are realized by the switch located in the control box, and the working condition of the mechanical claw is monitored by the display screen.
1.Preparation: After the equipment is assembled and confirmed to be correct, the operator shall protect the equipment and push the equipment close to dangerous and suspicious objects at the rear of the equipment.
2.Grasp: Monitor the mechanical claw through the display screen, control the switch to adjust the Angle of the mechanical claw to open the mechanical claw from above to grasp dangerous and suspicious objects.
3.Transfer: after making sure to grasp the dangerous and suspicious objects, gently lift the mechanical claws and transfer the dangerous and suspicious objects to the open area or put them into a safe container (such as the explosive tank) according to the previously planned route.Please handle with care.
4.Evacuation: after transferring dangerous and suspicious objects, evacuate to a safe distance quickly.To further dispose of dangerous and suspicious items.
●After each use of the equipment, clean the water stains and dust on the surface of each part, cover the waterproof cap of each part, put it into the corresponding groove in the equipment box, cover the box and store it in a dry and light-proof environment.
